SERVICE LIMITATIONS

White Glove & Assembly Services do NOT include:

  • Wall mounting or installation requiring drilling

  • Electrical connections or wiring

  • Plumbing connections or modifications

  • Structural modifications to property

  • Licensed trade services of any kind

Moving & Heavy Lifting Services do NOT include:

  • Transport of hazardous materials

  • Moving of valuables, cash, jewelry, or important documents

  • Climate-controlled transport

  • Long-distance or interstate moving

PROPERTY ACCESS & SAFETY

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to all work areas. We are not liable for delays, damage, or inability to complete services caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Access limitations (stairs, elevators, parking, narrow spaces)

  • Unsafe conditions or undisclosed hazards

  • Structural issues with the property

  • Building restrictions or access denials

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Better Call Bosko's total liability for any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
