Every treadmill goes to the basement full of optimism and stays there as a coat rack - and getting it back out is the part nobody planned. Why it's harder than it looks

Exercise gear is heavy, badly balanced, and often needs partial disassembly to clear a doorway or a stair turn - a treadmill isn't a two-person lift so much as a two-person puzzle. That's why a photo of the machine and the stairs is what lets us plan and quote it properly.

Get rid of it, or move it?

Half these calls aren't disposals, they're relocations - a new house, a new room, or a machine sold on Facebook Marketplace that the buyer can't move. We do both. And if the gear still works, it goes donation-first before the transfer station, wherever possible.
